Craig Dunn

Chief Executive Officer, AMP

Craig Dunn has more than 14 years experience in the financial services sector following a successful international career with KPMG, including assignment to KPMG's International Headquarters in Amsterdam.

Prior to becoming CEO of AMP, Craig was Managing Director, AMP Financial Services for five years. He joined AMP in January 2000, and has held a number of senior roles, including Managing Director of AMP Banking and Director, Office of the CEO.

Before joining AMP, Mr Dunn was Chief Executive Officer of a Malaysian-based insurance company, a joint venture of Colonial Limited. During his seven-year career with Colonial he also held the position of General Manager, Group Finance and worked extensively in the areas of strategy and mergers and acquisitions.

He is a Board Member and former Chairman of the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA).

Mr Dunn has been a Director of AMP Life Limited since April 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr Dunn was a member of the Consumer and Financial Literacy Taskforce.
