- Like other on-line calculators, our Mortgage Repayment Calculator only gives you a rough idea of how much your regular mortgage repayments and total repayment will be. It does not include, for example, extras often added to the mortgage such as account fees. Also, the calculator does not consider your ability to make the payments or take into account any future changes to interest rates.
