- Like other similar on-line calculators, our Mortgage Matrix only gives you a rough idea of what you might be able to borrow and what your repayments might be. It does not include, for example, extras often added to mortgages such as account fees. Also, the calculator does not consider your ability to make the payments or take into account any future changes to interest rates.
